By using BizChecker AI (the “Service”) at bizchecker.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
BizChecker AI provides AI-powered analysis of business ideas. A report covers market opportunity, competitors, financial projections, and key risks.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Creem.io. Payment is required before the analysis begins.
4. Refund policy
Quality guarantee
If the report quality isn't right, email support@bizchecker.ai within 7 days after delivery for a full refund.
Technical delivery failure
If a technical failure prevents delivery, we retry the analysis automatically. If we still cannot deliver the report, you receive a full refund.
5. Intellectual property
Reports are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them without written consent.
6. Disclaimer
The Service provides analytical information, not financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Prohibited use
You may not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
