1. Agreement

By using BizChecker AI (the “Service”) at bizchecker.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

BizChecker AI provides AI-powered analysis of business ideas. A report covers market opportunity, competitors, financial projections, and key risks.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Creem.io. Payment is required before the analysis begins.

5. Publication of standard reports

If you do not choose the paid Private option at checkout, you order a standard report. When a standard report is ready, we publish it on bizchecker.ai. It gets its own public page, may be listed in our report portfolio and may be indexed by search engines. We may also publish the page in other languages of the site and share a short summary with a link in BizChecker channels. By ordering a standard report, you agree to this publication.

What is published: the content of the report, which may include the text of your business idea as you entered it, a title based on it, the verdict and the score. Your email address and payment details are not shown on the public page. If you order a standard report, do not include personal or confidential information in your idea.

Private option: a Private report is not published, not listed in the portfolio and not translated into other site languages. Only the signed-in account that ordered it can open it. The option is offered at checkout and requires sign-in.

Removing a report: if the order is linked to your account, you can hide the report in your dashboard. You can also email support@bizchecker.ai with the report link and ask us to hide it. After that, the public page no longer opens and the report is removed from the portfolio. Copies that search engines, channel subscribers or other third parties already made may stay visible for some time, and we cannot guarantee their removal.

6. Intellectual property

Reports are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them without written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides analytical information, not financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Prohibited use

You may not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
